Presents medication to patient and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified procedures. Takes vital signs or observes participant to detect response to medication. 

Perform routine tasks under the supervision of nursing and medical staff. Duties include answering patients' call lights, serving meals, making beds, and helping patients eat, dress and bathe.

Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine and recording intake and output information. Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.

Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs. Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition. Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Provides routine care for patients.

Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients. Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health. Preparing patients for exams and treatment. Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
